I love this company. Bought a ton of it in the threes wayyy back and sold when it went to 8. With the recent market conditions the stock has hit $4.15. It was at 5 within the last two weeks, give or take.

Anyone think this is a good re-entry point for SIRI?

All thoughts/comments appreciated.

I just spoke to a broker who said that SIRI is hitting it's yearly lows every day. He said if anything, SHORT IT. I tend to disagree, I think in six months it's back up. Yeah, Howard Stern pumped up the company last year and now isn't doing so hot, but I just tend to think this company is worth more than $4.00 per share.

Will be interesting to watch either way.

Check out the market cap on SIRI. You will realize the low price is not a true reflection of the company's value, due to the ridiculous amount of shares they floated. If I had to choose, I'd short it to 2.

If your patient and looking for a nice payoff in several months go for it. As with XM both predict break even last quarter of '06 or first quarter of '07. Positive cash flow for all of '07. Sirius maintains their positive outlook of 6.2 subscribers by years end. I can't remember them ever missing their sub numbers. The recent price drop has more to do with XM's problems then what Sirius has been doing. Having so many shares and a high market cap in comparison to XM is their albatross. Sirius slowly closing the subscriber gap with XM. Outselling XM on the retail level. Of course, it's not as much a battle between the 2 as it is to make a profit. I like the product and I can see them being profitable in '07. Analyst predict upwards of 40 million subscribers between the 2 of them in several years.

For the record. I bought in at,
$1. range
$6. range
$4 range recently.

See my comment above, there are much better options out there. If you can day trade or quickly turn a profit more power to you. As far as a long range point of view, it simply can't support what it needs to make it worth your while.
